A Cold and Winter’s Night

Poetry of the Soul, Uncategorized

One cold and winters night
The snow fell like black ice
One lone wolf dared to howl
The emptiness ravished it’s sound

Far away in distant halls
Church bells hear his call
Unleashes It’s wild pack
To bring their brother back

The darkness makes it’s move
The wolf cries out in terror
Gripping hands of death
To steal this wolves last breath

Thunder from the sky
Hell’s fire this pack rides
Bites off the hand of death
From around their brother’s neck

A bolt of lightning from the sky
Shatters the cold black ice
Snowflakes start to fall
A blanket of white covering all
