~My life was once lived full of anger and sins

Spiteful and jealous of many a men

Living through a false sense of confidence

Led me down the wrong roads and bends

Thought I passed my past a long time ago.

~But through all those dead ends I found a way back home

The grudges I’d hold onto only fueling my revenge

A wrath I kept inside me the strength of a thousand men

~Until I found the steps I needed for making my amends

Thankful to recover, now I’m able to forgive

For enlightening me clarity, to see what I’d always miss

And for shining down upon me, With a warmth of a heavenly bliss
