What A Wonderful World
*a lot like heaven*

The sky looked red
Saturated with a pinkish hue
The sun slipped a lil further
while enlightening the rising moon
A flash of indigo, splits the sky like a stream
Parting the clouds
like they’re the Red Sea
A crown of glorious white light now shines down
its warmth, tells me everything’s gunna be alright
In the distance I hear the song
that I only hear songbirds sing
Feel a tear drop fall from my eye
and land on my cheek
And suddenly now I can’t help but think…
“That this sure feels a lot like heaven to me”

Therefore do not lose heart
Though outwardly we are falling apart
Inwardly day by day
we grow strong~

I sat as the sun finished setting itself down
I sat there until silence was the only sound
I sat there and watched
until the stars lit the sky
I sat there in peace through the still of the night
telling me everything’s gunna be alright
In the distance I hear
sweet rock n roll songs fill the air
As again I feel another a tear drop appear
falls on my cheek, quickly disappears
And suddenly now I can’t help but think…
“That this sure feels a lot like heaven to me”
